Cancellation Process

To cancel an order, please send an email to [email protected]. Our dedicated customer service team will process your cancellation request as quickly as possible. Kindly note that it may take up to 2-3 business days for the cancellation to be fully processed.

Refund Process

After the cancellation of an order, we will initiate the refund process. Kejku will provide a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment method, it may take approximately 4-8 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Please be aware that if an order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you will need to follow our return policy for a refund. Should you receive a damaged or incorrect product, Kejku will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a full refund or exchange.
